If you are buying a house for the first time, there’s a lot that you probably already know and a lot that you still have questions about. The reality is that being a first-time home buyer can feel overwhelming. Sure there are advantages, like tax deductions, potential equity, and asset ownership. But there’s also a scary side of homeownership that no one really warns you about until you’re in it.
My goal is to humanize the first-time homebuying process for you so that you aren’t shocked when some of these things cross your path. I was but with patience, a strong community of investors, savings, and Google, I was able to overcome them. I hope that after you watch this, you are prepared and confident that you can handle the challenges that come your way as well.
