#23: Buying my first house was rough! | Closing day pt 2

first-time homebuyer tips

Buying my first house took strategy, a wing, and a prayer but it’s so worth it. In part 1 of this “getting to the closing table” series, I spoke about my final closing amount being different than what was initially quoted. I also spoke on the initial and final walkthrough process and things to look out for as you maneuver through it.

In this video, I will continue with my experience of closing day: what to expect, which includes getting my inspection (my inspector had to come back twice because of builder mishaps smh), confirming what’s included in the home purchase, asking about gas connectors, and more first time home buyer tips and advice. These are things I wasn’t prepped for, so I am preparing you in advance so you know what to ask, who you’re working with, and what to write on paper. Paper trails are your best friend!

Watch my latest youtube video where I discuss how I handled these two different situations. This is part 2 of a 3 part series and I think you’ll love it!
