In this, what I wish I knew before buying my first home video, I’m going to focus on some industry specific insights that aren’t readily available. 

My real estate agent provided several first time homebuyer tips and advice 2023 which helped me to buy smart and strategically. But now that I’m building my real estate portfolio, there’s a few more what I wish I knew as a first time homebuyer tips that I want you to know!

From finding 100% financing programs to learning when to buy (buyers vs. sellers market), you’ll find the best advice for first time home buyers on this video AND on my channel. If I could go back in time, I would have did more research so that I could have kept more of my money in my pocket. Yes, I received a great low-interest rate, yes I received seller credits, and yes I received a discount (from the builder) on my home purchase. However, there are certain programs/options out there that only a first time home buyer can take advantage of. 

I’m not a first time homebuyer. But if you are, I want you to buy smart, buy low, and encourage these real estate professionals to compete for your business. Not in a fight of course, but in offering you the best package for your scenario. But in order to do that, you have to be knowledgeable about this industry.
