5 wins that surprised me as a first time home buyer

first-time homebuyer tips

The first time home buyer process is expensive! I know there are investors and programs out here that discuss zero money down options but the majority of first-time homebuyers will buy their first homes with traditional financing.

The good news is that there is hope and a few secret wins that no one talks about. These range from skipping your first mortgage payment to not paying your real estate agent for assisting you. Ultimately, my goal is to help keep as much money in your pocket as possible because you will need it for closing costs, escrow payments, moving expenses, and the never-ending list of first-time homeowner needs. I’m telling you, between inflation and supply chain issues – everything is $1,000 minimum. It really feels like that! It’s fun here though. I promise.

Watch the video and let me know which of these surprised you.
