Buying a house is an exciting yet overwhelming process and as a first-time homebuyer, I was eager to gain all the knowledge possible. I remember when I was on the market searching for my first home and as I continued to receive expense after expense, I thought to myself that I wish someone would have told me how to better manage my money and time. Those are two of the greatest assets we have and after you watch this video, you’ll be clear on at least one small change you can make today.
Most of the tips I’ll share in this video are related to finances as they can make or break the homebuying process. I will consistently reiterate how important it is to get your finances right because a high income doesn’t guarantee you a home. What you do with your money and how you manage does.
